You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You're welcome to use your lamp at home during this time — normal use does not void your return.
To start a return, email us at support@lamplio.com with your order number. Please wait for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover them.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and aim to reply within 24 hours during business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@lamplio.com and include your name and order number.
Address changes are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
How long is the processing time?
We aim to process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before our daily cut-off of 7:00 PM (ET) go into processing the same business day; orders placed afterward go into processing the following business day.
Many orders are processed sooner, but during busy periods such as promotions, holidays, or peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore usually 4–12 business days.
Will my entire order arrive in one package?
Depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If this occurs, packages may arrive 1–2 days apart.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive in perfect condition.
Please contact us at support@lamplio.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item, the shipping packaging, and the shipping label.
We will make it right — you can choose either a replacement or a full refund, and we cover all return shipping costs. Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using our “Track My Order” page. Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.

My tracking number is not working. What does that mean?
Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours after shipment to become active.
If your tracking number still does not work after this period, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment status for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?

For shipments within the United States, we primarily use USPS.

Items must be in good condition and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories. We cannot accept items that are damaged through misuse, modified, or missing components.
